A fabulous restoration of a mid-century structure in Sarasota, FL, was the setting for a recent shoot for an upcoming fashion spread. This is just a preview.

Love the images and our team for this June Style Magazine spread on men’s fashion. Fashions from Saks Fifth Avenue (in anticipation of the new menswear department), The Met, and Martin Freeman.
“It’s short, it’s sweet, and as simple as this: While there are several “it” colors this season, orange is being to recognized far and wide, as what some are calling, the “new neutral”.
Whether soft or fiery, as a complimentary color, or in full-blown contrast, orange is happy to enjoy a starring role, or a supporting one. That is to say, whether orange is being used as a neutral backdrop from which to add accessory colors or popping up, out of nowhere, against an unexpected ensemble, orange is the color to turn this season.
You’ll see it as an entire dress, a pair of amazing shoes, or perhaps a coveted handbag that stands alone, popping in contrast to the rest of the outfit. You’ll see it integrated in prints, swirled around in a scarf and even as outerwear. Bottom line; you’ll be seeing a lot of orange this season! ” -Terrence McKee for Style Magazine

Perhaps you or someone you know has been touched by cancer… it’s important to remember “in 2011, it is estimated that more than 176, 160 women will be diagnosed with a form of reproductive cancer.”
This week, October 20-23, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is participating for the tenth year in “Key to the Cure”, a weekend shopping event sponsored locally by Saks Fifth Avenue. A percentage of the sales will donated to further research a cure for breast, ovarian, uterine, cervical cancer and other related projects.
Join in “The Key to the Cure Kick Off” this upcoming Thursday evening, October 20th at the “All Pink” Party hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue Westfield Southgate. The guest list as of today has reached 600! Please share so that we can fill the house and benefit our local cancer care facilities. Food, drinks, and a “Breast in Show” dress contest during this exciting evening of support!
